These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOBSED Engineering Limited website, as well as the engagement of any services provided by NOBSED Engineering Limited ("NOBSED", "we", "our" or "us"), a company incorporated and operating in the Republic of Ghana.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

1. About NOBSED Engineering Limited

NOBSED Engineering Limited is a Ghanaian engineering company registered and operating in Accra, Ghana. We provide professional services in plumbing, building construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, tiling, and the supply of construction materials. We have been delivering engineering excellence since 2009.

2. Use of This Website

3.1 Quotation Requests

Any quotation submitted through this website or by telephone is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A formal written proposal or signed contract constitutes the binding agreement between NOBSED Engineering Limited and the client.

3.2 Service Agreements

All construction and engineering services are governed by a separate written service agreement or contract which will specify scope of works, project timeline, payment schedule, warranties and dispute resolution procedures. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service contract, the service contract shall prevail.

3.3 Variations

Any changes to agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing by both parties. NOBSED Engineering Limited reserves the right to adjust pricing and timelines in the event of material variations to the agreed scope.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms will be specified in the individual service contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• An initial mobilisation deposit is required before commencement of works
• Interim payments are due upon achievement of agreed project milestones
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory practical completion and handover
• All amounts are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) unless otherwise stated

5. Warranties and Liability

5.1 Quality Assurance

NOBSED Engineering Limited warrants that all works will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, using materials of appropriate quality, in accordance with applicable Ghanaian building codes and standards. Specific warranty periods for workmanship and materials will be stated in the service contract.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, NOBSED Engineering Limited's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total value of the relevant service contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this website or any information provided on it.

5.3 Website Disclaimer

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering advice for any specific project.

6. Health, Safety and Environment

NOBSED Engineering Limited is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance on all project sites. Clients are required to cooperate with our site safety procedures and ensure safe access to project locations is maintained throughout the works.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or from any service agreement:

1. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within 14 days of the dispute arising.
2. If unresolved, the parties shall attempt mediation facilitated by a mutually agreed mediator.
3. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of Ghana, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Ghana.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
